摘要(Abstract)：

积极心理学是 2 0世纪末最早在西方兴起的一股重要心理学力量 ,其主要研究人的美德和潜力 ,以帮助所有人获得幸福为目标。积极心理学研究范式的出现不仅是对前期消极心理学的反动 ,也是对消极心理学的一种发展和超越 ,它在一定意义上体现了当代心理学研究的核心价值。积极心理学中的“积极”包含的主要内容是 :积极是对前期集中于心理问题研究的病理学式心理学的反动 ;倡导心理学要研究人心理的积极方面 ;强调用积极的方式对心理问题做出适当的解释 ,并从中获得积极意义。
